Romanian beans with bacon
100 g beans
20 g smoked bacon
10 g lard
1/2 head onions
1 tsp red wine
tomato puree
bay leaves
salt
2 hours soak the beans in water, strain, pour cold water, put on low heat, bring to a boil, drain, add to the beans cool boiling water over medium heat until ready to boil, then pour the wine, remove the foam, put fried in ghee fat onions and smoked bacon (finely chopped).
