Vegetable side dish with beans
150 g beans
1/2 onions - head
200 g turnip
200 g cauliflower
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. tomato puree
1/2 h. l. dried oregano
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Beans soak in cold water for 6 hours, then drain the water.
Beans re-cover with cold water and boil. Broth drain, beans, salt, pepper, sprinkle with oregano.
Onions cut into cubes, fry in butter with tomatoes 5 minutes, connect with beans and warm.
Turnip chop sticks, simmered until tender.
Cabbage boil in salted water, fold in a colander, disassemble into florets.
When serving vegetables and beans out onto a plate, complete your greens.
