Stewed tomatoes green beans
500 g green beans
200 g fresh or canned tomatoes
2-3 garlic cloves
1 onions
1 tsp. oregano
pepper
vegetable oil
Cut the beans into small strips, cook for 12 minutes until cooked, put in a colander, rinse with cold water.
Finely chop the onion and fry until soft.
Tomatoes cut into cubes, put through garlic press, add all together with pepper and oregano to the onions, put another 5-7 minutes in the pan.
Add the beans, stir, then braised with tomatoes, green beans cooked with the lid on low heat for about 5 minutes
