1 kg green beans

5-6 cloves of garlic

Rinse beans, cut the ends and hard fibers, cut into pods no longer than 4-5 cm.

Pour the olive oil in a pan, heat, add the beans, fry over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, reduce heat, cover, put out 25 minutes, during which time the beans several times to mix.

Garlic is clean, pass it through the press, to add to the carcass of beans when it is almost done, add salt and pepper, stir and cook for 5 minutes, covered with a lid, over low heat.

Before serving, green beans in Syriac, if desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
