Ice cream "Honey"
50 g cream
3 egg yolks
1 cup of milk
2 Art. l. honey
1 Art. l. sugar

Combine the egg yolks with the sugar and beat to a froth.
Connect the honey in a saucepan with the milk, heat while stirring, remove from heat as soon as the milk with honey boils.
Slowly pour the milk-honey mixture to the egg yolks with vigorous stirring - must obtain a homogeneous creamy mass.
Cool mass connect with cream and mix well, put into the freezer.
Before serving ice cream "Honey" is sprinkled with nuts.
