Honey Easter
500 g cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. honey
4 eggs (yolks)
3 tbsp. butter

3 tbsp. sour cream or cream
Stir yolks with sugar, add the honey and softened butter. Then whisk it until the formation of fluffy smooth. Dry cottage cheese (always fresh) RUB through a sieve, add sour cream, stir, adding the egg-honey mixture. Mass shifting into the form under the press. Keep in the refrigerator the day, and Easter are ready!
