300 ml nonfat yogurt
100 g honey
1 lemon (juice)
Combine all ingredients and whip with a mixer until uniform.
Put the mixture into a container, remove it in the freezer for 2 hours, then the mixture is once again shake up, again put into the freezer for 2 hours, then whisk again and put into the cold to complete solidification (if necessary you can increase the amount of whipping).
Serve ice cream Kefir and honey banana, put it in the form of beads and decorated with pieces of fruit.
