What you need:
2 pcs. bananas
1 pcs. egg
2 pcs. yolk
100 g sugar
1 Art. l. grated lemon peel
1 Art. l. rum or brandy
2 Art. l. amaretto liqueur
1 Art. l. lemon juice
2 Art. l. grated chocolate
500 g thick cream
Mix sugar with 2 tablespoons of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
Egg yolks and whisk in the foam. Without stopping whisking, pour the syrup, add the zest. Place the dish with a mass of ice water and beat until cool.
Bananas rub through a sieve, mix with lemon juice, rum and liqueur.
Whisk in the cream stable foam, then add the egg mass, mashed banana, chocolate, mix gently.
Shots form cling film, fill the prepared ground and put in the freezer for 8 hours.
Before serving, lay on the parfait dish complete your chocolate, fresh or frozen berries.
