Kefir pancakes with lemon cream
500 ml kefir
2 eggs
7-8 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1 pinch salt
Cream:
condensed milk
sour cream
lemon
Mix the buttermilk with soda and salt.
Eggs to break into the bowl, whisking, add sugar, then mix with the yogurt and add the flour, constantly stirring the mixture with a whisk, in several stages.
Pour the mixture in the oil, stir, cook pancakes on a frying pan with hot oil on both sides frying them until Browning.
All the ingredients for the cream mix (for 1 serving need to take 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 teaspoon of condensed milk and lemon juice, plus a pinch of lemon zest).
Serve kefir pancakes with lemon cream for Breakfast or lunch.
