Pancakes "City"

150 g kefir
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show

100 g wheat flour

50 g sour cream

20 g butter

1 egg

1 a pinch of soda

sugar

salt

Eggs combine with sugar and salt (to taste), grind, add the flour, gradually add the buttermilk with constant stirring, the mass is supposed to be homogeneous.

Add soda and vegetable oil and mix.

Baked pancakes "City" on a greased skillet on both sides.

After baking each pancake drench in butter, add four times in the shape of a triangle.

Served pancakes "City" with sour cream.
