The honey cake "Canadian"
150 g flour

100 g brown sugar
100 g butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. soda
Cream:
700 g sour cream
170 g powdered sugar
Impregnation:
whiskey
maple syrup

Maple syrup in this recipe can be completely replaced by honey.
Honey, syrup and soda to combine, put on low heat in a saucepan, stirring, cook the mixture until clenched, remove from heat, add sugar, add butter, mix well, add eggs, beat with a mixer, then add the flour.
The dough pour into two forms, bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
