Almond cake
300 g puff pastry�
1 glass sugar
200 g chopped roasted almonds
4 pcs. egg
100 g butter
2 Art. l. rum
1 glass thick cream
2 Art. l. honey
Nuts connect with sugar, egg yolks, melted butter, rum, add half the cream and beaten egg whites.
Warmed honey, mix with 2 tablespoons sugar and the remaining cream.
Roll out the dough, put in shape. Take a few punctures, then lay nut weight on it - honey mixture and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
When submitting complete your cake with almonds, berries and mint leaves.
