Lean white beans with tomatoes
5 tomatoes
3-4 garlic cloves
2 glass tomato juice
2 onions
1,5-2 glass white dry beans
1 carrots
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
parsley
black pepper
salt
Rinse, cover with cold water the beans for a day, drain the water, rinse the beans.
Then pour the beans in boiling water, bring to boil, drain the water, so to do 3 times.
Fry sliced onion rings until Golden, add the tomatoes, sliced (pre-peeled).
RUB on a grater carrots, add to the vegetables, pour the juice, cover the pan, reduce the heat and cook for a few minutes, then add the chopped garlic and parsley, stir.
Add cooked beans to the sauce, stir, cook for a few minutes, then lean white beans with tomatoes salted and pepper, served.
