Lean cabbage, braised with mushrooms and beans
50 g white dried mushrooms
1 Bank of canned white beans
? cabbage
green onions
parsley
soy sauce
vegetable fat
Pour the mushrooms with warm water, leave overnight, then drain the water and finely chop the mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Finely chop the cabbage, put in a pan with the mushrooms, sprinkle with dried herbs, pour soy sauce, stir, add 1/3 cup water until half put out under the cover, stirring occasionally.
With beans drained, add to the cabbage, stir, reduce heat to a minimum, under the lid until ready to extinguish all.
Before applying lean cabbage, braised with mushrooms and beans, sprinkled with green onions.
