Bean salad with walnuts and mushrooms lean
100 g walnuts
100 g dried mushrooms
1 Bank of canned red beans
1/8 glass vegetable oil
1 Art. l. white wine vinegar
? h. l. mustard
greens
ground pepper
Before cooking the mushrooms soak for several hours in the milk, then rinse, boil until tender in salted water, drain, cut into small pieces.
Drain the liquid from the beans and mix it with the mushrooms and chopped nuts.
Vinegar, mustard, pepper and oil mix, shake and fill with salad premeshat.
Before serving, sprinkle with bean salad with walnuts and mushrooms lean chopped herbs.
