Salad of mushrooms with walnuts and prunes
For cooking You will need:
1 kg mushrooms
0.5 kg onions
0.5 kg carrots
10-15 PCs walnuts
200-250 g prunes
Finely chopped mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Separately, fry the finely chopped onion and grated on a coarse grater carrots. Nuts peel and chop. Prune to steam, free from seeds, and cut into strips. All products to cool to room temperature. Onions; carrots, nuts and prunes to combine, stir. Put the dish in layers of mushrooms, then a layer of the mixture, mushrooms again, and so on, each layer accurately mayonnaise. Ready salad advised to decorate with halves prunes and crumbs nuts.
