The persimmon compote
5 PCs persimmon
12 tbsp. sugar
1 l water
Persimmon rinse, clean from the stalks and peel. The pulp is cut into slices, remove seeds, place in a saucepan and cover with water. Put on fire, bring to boil, add sugar and on low heat boil for 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow to cool.
