Sturgeon Salad with persimmon
For this recipe you will need:
300 g sturgeon (fillet)
2 pcs. persimmon
1/2 glass sour cream
1/3 h. l. paprika
1/2 pcs. lemons
Salt - to taste
Sturgeon fillet rinse thoroughly under cold running water and boil until tender, adding salt to taste. Fillet ready to cool and cut into small pieces. Persimmon wash, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Lemon zest from clean, remove seeds and finely chop. Mix in a salad bowl made of transparent glass chopped fillet of sturgeon and persimmons and fill with fresh sour cream and paprika. Ready to put on top of the salad with chopped lemon.
Before, serving for 15 minutes to put on the top shelf of the refrigerator to cool.
