Ingredients:
120 g sturgeon
20 g onion
1/2 pcs. tomatoes
30 g mushrooms
1 pcs. Chinese cabbage (large sheet)
20 g vegetable oil
50 g sour cream
salt and pepper - to taste
First, prepare the stuffing for Golubets. To do this, you need onions and mushrooms cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Tomato incised crosswise, for 1-2 minutes dipped in boiling water, peeled and seeds. Then cut into cubes, add to the mushrooms and onions, salt and ground black pepper and stew on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
