Fish stew with mushrooms
800 g sturgeon fillet
100 g mushrooms
100 ml water
100 ml vegetable oil
2 head onions
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. red pepper
parsley
salt
Sturgeon fillet cut into pieces and the oil to fry sliced mushrooms and onions, add tomato paste.
Put the mixture in a pan, add pepper, salt, pour a small amount of water, add mustard, put out 15-20 minutes until tender fish, then add sour cream and simmer everything for another 3-5 minutes
Next fish stew with mushrooms to remove from the stove, put on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
