Fish in tomato sauce
500 g carcass or white fish fillet
1-2 onions
1-2 Bay leaves
1-2 slices of lemon
1-2 tbsp. ketchup or tomato paste
1 tsp. vinegar 9%
vegetable oil
dill
pepper
salt
Rinse and Pat dry, RUB the fish with pepper and salt, cut into serving pieces and fry on both sides in butter for 2 minutes
Finely chop the onion and fry it.
Put the fish in a pan, add the onion, tomato paste or ketchup, vinegar, lemon and Bay leaf, stir gently.
Next fish in tomato sauce is cooked for 10 minutes at a low boil with the lid closed.
Add the chopped dill, stir, turn off the fire and leave the fish on the stove for another 5 minutes, covered.
