Fish marinated
Required Products:
250 g pollock - fillets
1 h. l. wheat flour

4 h. l. vegetable oil
200 g vegetables with tomato marinade
green onion
parsley
salt
ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Pollock fillets cut into portions, roll in flour mixed with salt and pepper, and fry in butter until tender.
Fried fish lay on a dish and pour the marinade. Incubate 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Parsley and green onions finely chop. Before serving, complete your fish greens.
Vegetables with tomato marinade:
Required Products:
carrots - 2 pcs.
onions - 1 clove
parsley - 1/2 pcs.
vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
tomato puree - 3 tbsp. spoons
vinegar of 3% - 1 cup
fish broth or water - 1 cup
pepper black pepper - 3 pcs.
Ground cinnamon and cloves - 1 tsp.
salt, bay leaf, sugar - to taste
Method of preparation:
Carrots and parsley root cut into strips, onion - rings and semirings.
Saut vegetables in butter, add the tomato puree and continue to saut for another 5 minutes.
Add the fish broth or water, vinegar, pepper, cloves, cinnamon and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add bay leaf, salt and sugar.
