Fish stew with garlic
500 g fish fillets
1 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 sweet pepper
2 Art. l. tomato puree
2 Art. l. wheat flour

Cut the fish fillets portioned slices, pepper and salt, roll in flour and fry in butter.
Cut the onion rings, fry in butter, add sliced julienne peppers and tomato puree.
Fried vegetables to put in a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil, add the fish, mashed garlic with salt, put out.
Before serving, garnish can be rice or boiled potatoes, garnish with herbs.
