Cod with tomatoes
600 g cod fillets
4 fresh tomatoes
2 onions
200 g sour cream
4 Art. l. wheat flour

4 Art. l. chopped dill
150 g vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the fish fillets portioned slices, pepper, salt and roll in flour. Fry the fillets in butter.
Sliced tomato circles, and onion - half rings, lightly fry.
Form for baking grease, put the bottom half of the tomatoes on top - the fish, sprinkle with half the greens, put the onions, followed by the remaining tomatoes. Pour sour cream and 10 minutes to extinguish.
Before serving, garnish with boiled potatoes and sprinkle with remaining herbs.
