Appetizer of veal liver with onions and carrots
600 g veal liver
4 bulbs
4 carrots
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
green onions

Stir vinegar with sugar and water, onion cut into strips, cover with marinade and cooked for a few hours to leave (possible overnight), then drain and squeeze onion marinade.
