Carp with sour cream
600 g carp fillets
500 g champignons
4 fresh tomatoes
2 onions
1 glass sour cream
? lemon

Washed, cut into pieces a la carte fish fillets, sprinkle with vinegar, sprinkle with finely chopped greens, remove one hour in the cold.
Peel and chop the onion rings and fry in 1 tablespoon oil until golden brown, washed, sliced mushrooms.
Lubricate the rest of the roasting pan with oil, put layers of mushrooms and onions, then fish, salt, and pour all the sour cream and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
Sliced tomato slices, carp with sour cream is made by them before serving with lemon and herbs.
