Carp baked with mushrooms
900 g fresh carp
300 g fresh white mushrooms
150 g sour cream
100 g vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 Art. l. wheat flour

Carp prepare to cut into fillets boneless skin, pepper and salt, breaded in flour and fry in butter.
Rinse and chop the mushrooms and fry them for 15 minutes.
Form for baking grease, put a layer of mushrooms, then carp, then a layer of mushrooms, pour all the whipped cream with the eggs, bake until golden brown in the oven.
Garnish with mushrooms baked carp fried or boiled potatoes, decorated with lemon.
