Baked carp
500 g carp
250 g sour cream
100 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 ml milk
50 g oils
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. flour
breadcrumbs
To rub salt fish, breaded in flour, put on a greased pan, fry until golden brown on both sides.
In another pan melt the butter, add the flour and fry, pour milk, stir and bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly pour in the cream, bring to a boil again.
Pour the sauce over the fish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Until cooked baked carp brought in preheated oven, the dish is served hot.
