1-1,5 carp (1 fish)

Clean fish from scales and rinse thoroughly, remove the gills, intestines, cutting the abdomen, rinse and Pat dry.

Cut leeks in half rings or rings, mushrooms - sliced.

Pan with vegetable oil heat, saute the onions until soft, add mushrooms, cook for another 5 minutes, add salt and pepper.

Allow the filling to cool slightly, put the fish in shape, oiled, naderev inside and out with pepper and salt.

Stuff the belly of the fish with the prepared stuffing and fasten with toothpicks grease carp vegetable oil.

Cut into circles tomato, place it on the fish overlap, salt, drizzle with oil, put on the tomatoes a few sprigs of parsley.

Preparing carp stuffed with mushrooms and leeks, for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
