The salmon in the marinade
600 g fillet of salmon
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. wheat flour

Marinade:
250 ml water
4 garlic cloves
2 tomato
1 onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. vinegar 9%
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch of ground red pepper
Wash and cut the fillets into small chunks, they should be able 12-16 (per serving 3-4).
Breaded fish in flour and fry until Golden brown in butter, place on a towel or in a colander.
Chop the onion half rings, tomatoes, remove the skin, cut into slices, cut into 4 pieces garlic cloves.
In a deep pan with oil 5 min saut the onion, add the garlic, cook for another 3 minutes, add sugar, salt and pepper, stir fry for 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
Add to onion mixture, tomatoes, tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes while stirring, pour the vinegar and water, bring all to a boil.
The pieces of fish dipped in marinade, bring to a boil.
Stew salmon in the marinade for 5 minutes to evaporate excess liquid and thick marinade.
