Heh fish
500 g fish fillets (salmon, trout, salmon, pink salmon, pike-perch)
5 heads of onions
5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar 6%
1 tsp. ground coriander

Cut the fillets into small pieces or strips, add salt, pour soy sauce and vinegar, leave for 2 hours.
Cut into half rings onion, finely chopped garlic, add the fish, season heh red pepper and coriander, mix well.
