Roast salmon
600 g salmon fillets without skin and bones
400 g fresh tomatoes
200 g frozen or fresh mushrooms
60 g sour cream
50 g vegetable oil
6 slices of bacon
2 garlic cloves
dill
Basil
Fish fillets cut into strips 3 cm wide, pepper and salt, add the chopped parsley and garlic, to fold each strip in half, wrap a slice of bacon, secure everything with a toothpick.
Heat oven to 200 degrees, put in a greased pan fish and bake for 20 minutes
Separate the oil to fry the mushrooms with tomatoes, spices, sour cream, greens, warm up 5 minutes
Before serving hot with salmon spread on a dish, pour sauce, decorated with greens and lemon.
