Baked potato with salmon
400 g salmon fillets
400 g Potato
1 lemon
? glass breadcrumbs
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. mustard
ground black pepper
Slice the potatoes and salmon, pepper and salt.
Baking dish greased. Spread the fish and potatoes in rows, sprinkling breadcrumbs.
Connect with mustard butter and whisk, pour a mixture of potatoes and fish.
Bake until cooked dish before serving arrange lemon and greens.
