500 g salmon fillets

1 egg

? glass mashed potato flakes "Maggi"

3 Art. l. vegetable oil

1 h. l. ground paprika

1 h. l. starch

1 h. l. pepper-lemon mixture

Rinse fish fillets, pat dry, remove the skin, remove bones and cut into 4 pieces.

Connect with mashed potato starch, lemon-pepper mixture, ground paprika and stir.

In a separate bowl break an egg, slightly beaten its rim, salted.

Each piece of fish dipped in egg so that it only covered the sides and top, then the dry side to put the fish in the potato mixture and press down by hand.

Lay the fish on a hot skillet with butter potato side down and fry for 3 minutes, then turn and fry another 3 minutes.
