1 kg potatoes

600-800 g fillet of salmon

2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil

4-5 eggs

2 bulbs

1 l milk

Boil potatoes whole in salted water. Fillet of salmon a little rubbed with salt, let stand for 5 minutes and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. In a deep pan, put chopped plates of potatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped onions, put the fillet of salmon, on top of potatoes again. Pour all the mixture of milk, eggs, chopped herbs, salt and spices (you can add pepper, seasoning for fish). Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.
