The pie with mushrooms and salmon
600 g pastry dough
180 g salmon fillet

120 g fried mushrooms
100 g boiled potatoes
100 g onions
20 g butter
1 egg
Cut the salmon slices, a bit of fry in butter.
Divide the dough into two equal portions, roll out, put in the center of each cake layers of toppings in this order: chopped potatoes, mushrooms, fried with onions and pieces of fish.
