Salmon in herbs
800 g fillet of salmon
Marinade:
1 glass fish broth
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped mint
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. minced garlic
white pepper
Combine parsley, mint, onion and garlic, lemon juice, broth, pepper and salt, stir.
Cut the salmon into pieces, pour the prepared marinade, leave for 2 hours, fry the fish until cooked on the grill.
Before serving salmon in herbs decorated with greens.
