Salad with salmon, celery and capers
400 g salmon fillet
2 stem celery
1/2 head red onion
2 tbsp. chopped dill
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. capers
1 lemon (juice)
freshly ground pepper
salt
Fish to cook on the grill or boil until tender, finely chopped.
Finely chop celery and onion.
Combine the lemon juice with butter and dill, pepper and salt, stir.
In a salad bowl put the salmon, celery, onions and capers, season the salad with salmon, celery and capers cooked sauce, stir and serve.
