Appetizer Christmas eggs with salmon and sardines
200 g smoked salmon
150 g sardines in oil
100 g sour cream
40 g capers
40 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
20 ml lemon juice
10 g dill
9 boiled chicken eggs
Eggs, peel and cut in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and RUB them on a fine grater, mix with mayonnaise.
Add to yolk mayonnaise mixture of mashed sardines, stir, add the capers, pepper and salt, stuffing cooked with a mixture of egg whites without Gorecki.
Finely chopped 100 g salmon, together with the estimate, grind to puree in the blender.
The rest of the salmon finely chop and mix with mashed potatoes, add the lemon juice, pepper, white pepper and salt, put the mixture of the hill on the stuffed squirrel.
