Fish roll with onions
700 g fish fillets
5 Art. l. rice
3 onions
2 cloves of garlic
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs
dill and parsley
ground black pepper
salt
Mince fish fillet, pepper and salt. Add crumbs and crushed garlic, pour a small amount of water, mix well.
Chop the onion and fry in butter, add steamed rice, some greens (chopped), salt and mix well.
Put fish mince on shrink film in the form of a rectangle, it put onion and rice stuffing, wrapped all roll.
Bring to boil water and put it in a fish roll and cook for 20-30 minutes.
Cut into portions and serve the finished roll, decorating it with herbs.
