Fish soup
Ingredients:
400 g fish
1,8 l water
4 PCs potatoes
1 PCs carrots
1 PCs beets
1 PCs onion
2 tbsp. tomato puree
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 glass sour cream
30 g green onions
Bay leaf
black pepper
salt
Fish be finished. From the bones and head cook broth, strain it.
Beets and carrots, grate them on a coarse grater and spasseruyte on the part of the oil.
Onions finely chop and spasseruyte with tomato puree.
Potatoes cut into cubes, put into the boiling broth. Add sliced fish, fried vegetables, Bay leaf, pepper, salt and cook until tender.
To serve, put the plate on the piece of fish, pour in the soup, season it with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
