Vegetable stew with sausage
400 g wieners
1 onion
5 PCs carrots
500 g cabbage
500 g potatoes
2 tbsp. fat
salt, pepper
3 clove Bud
1 small Bay leaf
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. tomato puree

Sausages to warm up in boiling water, remove from water. Peeled and sliced carrots, shredded cabbage and onions dipped in hot water and simmer, covered, then add sliced potatoes, cook until soft. Add cloves, salt, pepper and Bay leaf. Remove sausages shell, cut them into pieces, add to the vegetables. Fill with sour cream, tomato puree and chopped parsley.
