Soup with squid
Ingredients:
300 g squid
3-4 PCs potatoes
200 g cabbage
1 PCs beets and carrots -
1 onion - head
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 garlic - clove
1 tbsp. vinegar 3%
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. sour cream
salt - to taste
Beets cut into strips, fry in 1 tablespoon of oil, add the vinegar, tomato paste, sugar, a little water and simmer until soft. Carrot and finely chop the onion and fry in the remaining oil.
Squid boil in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then cut into strips.
In boiling water (4 cups) omit the shredded cabbage, after 5 minutes add chopped potato wedges. When the potatoes are almost ready, put the remaining vegetables and calamari, warm, season with crushed garlic and salt.
Serve with sour cream and greens.
