An easy salad with persimmons and nuts
200 g sour cream
100 ml walnut oil
20 g parsley chopped
12 stalks of leeks
2 persimmon
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
ground walnuts
lemon juice
pepper
salt
White parts of leeks cut into cubes with a length of 5 cm, and put in salted water, boil, drain in a colander.
Vinegar, walnut oil, lemon juice, sour cream, nuts, stir, pour the prepared sauce and onion.
Persimmon washed, cut into thin slices, remove the seeds, add to the onions, then the easy salad with persimmons and nuts salt and pepper, serve.
