Spinach salad with strawberries and nuts
250 g strawberries
200 g spinach
3 tablespoons olive oil
2.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Heat oven to 175 degrees and fry 5-8 minutes, nuts, allow them to cool.
Stir vinegar with salt, sugar and pepper, pour the oil in a thin stream, whisking sauce whisk.
Coarsely chop the strawberries (into quarters or halves), mix with spinach, add the nuts.
Pour over spinach salad with nuts and strawberry sauce, stir and serve.
