Sturgeon Polish sour cream
800 g sturgeon fillet
125 g sour cream
100 g vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoons flour

Fillet desired slices, pepper and salt, roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, breaded in bread crumbs, put the pan with hot oil, fry until browned, then put on a paper towel so that it absorbed the excess fat.
Pour the flour into the oil that remains in the pan after frying fish, stir a little put out, pour the broth, boil, remove from heat, add sour cream, stir, add pepper and salt.
Put the fish in a baking dish, pour the prepared sauce, then sturgeon Polish sour cream baked until browned in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
