Sturgeon baked on Volga
500 g Sturgeon
100 g sour cream
1 head onions
1 tablespoons butter

To prepare fish, cut all unnecessary, rinse, rub inside and out with salt and pepper, put into the refrigerator for an hour.
Cut the fish in half, put in a pan, greased, put in a preheated 200 degree oven, bake for 15 minutes, then coat with sour cream on the outside, again bake until browned, top with chopped roasted onion, sour cream to lubricate again, bake until done.
