6 PCs persimmon

6 glass water

12 tbsp. sugar

Persimmon cut into slices.

Water boil, add sugar and bring to a boil. Put lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool.

Pour the juice into glasses and decorate with mint leaves. Serve with sponge biscuits.
