Blueberry-cranberry compote
350 g cranberries
350 g blueberries
6 glass water
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon peel grated
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Water boil, add sugar, lemon juice and zest, warm.
Berries are put into the syrup and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool.
When serving, pour the juice into glasses and decorate with lemon slices.
