Oyster mushrooms with bacon and cream sauce
500 g oyster
300 ml heavy cream
100 g bacon or bacon
1 bunch green onions
1 clove of garlic
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
2 Art. l. butter

Rinse, pat dry with a towel mushrooms, cleaned, cut into thin rings of onion, finely chopped mushrooms, diced bacon slice.
On the hot oil to fry bacon until crisp, then add to the pan mushrooms, onions, put to complete evaporation of liquid over low heat.
Passed through a press garlic, add to the mushroom mass, then pour the cream, boil down everything for 5 minutes, add sour cream, pepper and salt.
Before serving oyster mushrooms with bacon and cream sauce, sprinkle with herbs.
